Immune System / Colds and Flu Symptoms
I would like to wear a stone to increase my body resistance to diseases. Would a Turquoise be suitable?

Turquoise is excellent for boosting the immune system. It is a stone which protects the whole body. If you suffer from internal disorders such as stomach flu or systemic immune problems, Turquoise can help alleviate the symptoms. If you have frequent head colds, viruses, lung congestion, etc., I suggest the Amethyst to help rebuild your immunity. Wear a pendant of either the Turquoise or Amethyst crystal about 1-1/2 inches over the Heart Chakra. Also, Purple or Green Fluorite is better for unblocking head or sinus or ear congestion. You should feel some improvements after a few days of wearing the crystals. - Karen
Stressed Out
A friend of mine has long office hours and has been suffering from lower back muscle and stiff neck pain for a year as he has a sitting job. Due to long hours of work, he gets quite stressed out as well. Which would be the best stone for him to relax his back and neck muscles and deal with his stress?

For your friend’s stiff neck, he would need something to relax muscles and produce a calming effect. I suggest he try Hematite. Hematite relieves muscular pain and helps circulation in the legs and back. Hematite is known as the anti-stress stone. It is a shiny metallic-gray stone when polished.
Your friend can put one in each pant pocket. When he comes home from the end of the working day, he can put a large Rose Quartz crystal on his Heart Chakra or Solar Plexus for 15 minutes to relax and unwind from the day’s emotional tension. If he has two Clear Quartz crystals, he can hold these in his hands too, with the tip pointing away from his body to help remove unwanted negative energies. If you gave him a massage, I think he would feel much better too! - Karen
Wearing Crystals for the First Time
Your web site is great, and I learned a lot from it. I heard from people and experience it myself that when you wear crystals for the first time, you might get sick or things like that. I haven't got my period for months, but after wearing the crystal, it came! Is this the effect of crystals?
