Stop Suffering Symptoms - You Can Control the Cause!

You may have heard that garlic is good for you, but didn't know until now that the Allicin it produces is a highly effective, safer, and less expensive natural alternative to many prescription drugs. Many medicines only relieve symptoms, but Allicin deals with the cause. And did you know that Allicin can fight a wide range of disease-causing microbes and parasites, including some dangerous yeast and bacteria organisms that are resistant to drugs and antibiotics?
Allicin fights viruses, including...
Flu (Influenza B), Colds (Rhinovirus Type 2) and Herpes Simplex 1 & 2 virus.
Allicin fights fungus, yeast, and bacteria, including hard-to-treat...
yeast infections such as Candida and bacteria infections which are resistant to antibiotic drugs, like Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA) that can cause death from pneumonia in children and elderly persons infected with new strains of flu. These organisms are susceptible to Allicin, but many people do not realize it and will suffer needlessly.
Do you suffer from any of the following ailments? Allicin can help!

Hay Fever and Allergies | Asthma | Sinusitis | Eye Infections | Common Cold | Candida and Yeast Infections | Athlete's Foot and Fungus Infections | Bacterial Infections of Ear, Throat and Chest | Bacterial Infections of Gastrointestinal Tract | Stomach Ulcers | E. Coli Food Poisoning | High Cholesterol | High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) | High Blood Sugar and Diabetes | Breast Cancer | Colon Cancer | Stomach Cancer | Multiple Sclerosis

Allicin is not a drug, but a natural chemical compound made by the common garlic plant that has been safely eaten by man for 4000 years with no harmful side effects. Alli-C capsules contain 300 mg. of odorless pure Allicin powder, equivalent to eating 30-40 cloves of garlic - but without getting "garlic breath". All other garlic supplements only promise "allicin potential", but only Alli-C delivers real Allicin in a medicinally effective dose.

Allicin, the active agent in natural garlic which is produced when the plant's cells are attacked by microbes or cut or crushed by insects or animals or humans, is capable of dealing with the cause of many infections by a bacteria, virus, or fungus organism in the plant - and in humans too. And because the disease-causing organisms cannot adapt to allicin and become immune, as they often do with man-made antibiotic drugs used to treat many bacterial infections, the 300 mg. of pure allicin supplied in each Alli-C capsule can often be more effective in dealing with the bacteria which cause the symptoms that may be causing you to suffer.

When you remove the cause, the suffering is stopped for good - not just alleviated for a while.

Because allicin is naturally present in the garlic plant that has been eaten by man for thousands of years, it is generally safe to take internally in the Alli-C capsules, which also contain 60 mg. natural Vitamin C and 40 mg. citrus Bioflavonoids for a more powerful effect from this combination of two powerful antioxidants working in synergy. It costs less than man-made drugs and antibiotics, and has no unpleasant or harmful side effects.

Taking an Alli-C capsule is like eating 30-40 cloves of fresh garlic - but without getting garlic breath! For application to areas of the skin infected by fungus or bacteria, there is a liquid form called Alli-Ban which contains 500 parts per million of pure Allicin. You can also open the Alli-C capsules and mix the powder with water to form a paste (or mix the powder with hair shampoo to apply to the scalp).

Alli-C is the most potent source of pure allicin available in today's market. Other garlic supplements only promise to deliver "allicin potential" but Alli-C delivers the real thing - in a stable and odorless powder you can take by swallowing a small, clear capsule that delivers 300 milligrams of pure Allicin.

Don't Be Fooled Again

Do you want to pay for allicin "potential" in a garlic supplement and not know if you are really getting the benefits of allicin? Or do you want to know that real allicin is getting to work in your body to deal with the bacteria or virus or fungus organisms that are the cause of your condition? Only Alli-C contains actual allicin, with 300 mg. pure allicin powder in each capsule, so you can be sure that you are getting real allicin.

Remember, it is allicin that is the active antibiotic/antimicrobial in garlic, and it is produced as a defense when the garlic plant's cells are "attacked" (such as being cut or bitten, or attacked by a micro-organism at the cellular level) and two other organic chemical compounds in adjacent plant cells (alliin and allinase) combine to form allicin. So even if you wanted to chew 30 to 40 cloves of fresh garlic every day (and endure the "garlic breath" it would produce), you would still not know if you were really getting much allicin into your digestive tract and bloodstream where it would get to those disease-causing micro organisms and help your immune system deal with them.

Unless it is stablized (as it is in Alli-C), much of the allicin produced by the fresh-chewed garlic will soon combine with other elements and be rendered ineffective. The enzyme allinase is rendered ineffective by stomach acid, so the production of new allicin in the stomach is limited. Swallowing a capsule of powdered whole garlic is just not very effective.

But swallowing a capsule of pure, stabilized allicin powder in Alli-C gets the allicin working where you want it to - in your bloodstream, where it can reach every cell in your body to help your natural immune system attack harmful bacteria, virus, yeast, or fungus microbes which attack your cells and cause disease!

The following statements have been approved by
the Garlic Information Center in Sussex, UK

HAY FEVER

Garlic has been used for many years as a natural remedy for asthma and other allergic conditions.  "Taking allicin powder has definitely helped my hay fever," states Miss Z. H. of Tenterden, Kent, UK.  "I can now relax on fresh-cut grass without getting an attack, and it is nice to actually smell the grass!"  Miss Z. H. started by taking four allicin powder capsules every day, and now is taking only two capsules per day.  Having had hay fever since she was a teenager, Miss Z. H. is delighted not to have to resort to pharmaceutical agents that often have side effects.

ASTHMA

Garlic extracts traditionally have been used to help improve circulation. It is thought that allicin is garlic's key component involved in the vasodilation of the small capillaries and alveoli in the lungs.  Taking up to three allicin powder capsules per day should help improve circulation and breathing capacity.  Allicin powder has been used successfully on volunteers as young as seven.  Since asthma is an allergic condition, the allicin should help control the immune system and, thereby alleviate some of the symptoms of asthma.

SINUSES

It was established at Johns Hopkins Medical School in 1999 that the most common cause of chronic sinusitis is fungal infection.  Many thousands of people have had operations to clear and unblock their sinus cavities, but unfortunately the problem nearly always returns.  Since allicin is proven to deal with fungal infections, it is not surprising that Alli-C is able to unblock sinus passages which were plugged due to the effects of a fungal infection

EYE INFECTIONS BY BACTERIA

The bacteria responsible for a common eye infection are well known.  Concern is growing about the number of resistant strains of bacteria developing due to overuse and improper use of antiboticsAllicin is an excellent antibacterial agent, and it has been shown that one of Alli-C's™ key components, allicin, can help your body kill a wide selection of common (and some not so common) bacteria.  Mrs. P. I., from Sheerness in Kent, UK, was struck with a serious eye infection.  Her doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics.  Unfortunately, the prescribed antibiotics had no effect on the eye infection.  Mrs. P. I. tried taking two capsules of allicin powder for 2-3 days and was delighted to "see" her eye infection clear up very quickly.

THE COMMON COLD

Please read the information listed under Latest Research.  It clearly shows that allicin helps prevent the common cold, and it also helps speed recovery and inhibits further infection.

FUNGUS AND YEAST INFECTIONS - CANDIDA, CRYPTOCOCCI, etc.

Some of the fungi that are susceptible to garlic include Coccidioides, Aspergillus, Histoplasma, Trichophyton, Candida, and Cryptoccocci. The most common fungal infection of adult AIDS patients in America is caused by Candida - candidiasis of the mouth, throat, and esophagus.  Candidal organisms are very sensitive to allicin, and thus allicin is effective against Candida yeast infections.

ATHLETE'S FOOT, WARTS, AND FUNGUS INFECTIONS OF THE SKIN

Break open a capsule of allicin powder, and dissolve it in about 20 ml. of water.  Soak a cotton pad in the liquid.  Bathe the afflicted area with the soaked cotton pad.  Repeat this process a few times per day for up to seven days. Your problem should clear within a week.  Mr. C. G. from East Sussex, UK, states: "Diluting allicin powder and using it on my recurrent athlete's foot problem has really worked.  It does not dry out the skin and, therefore, [it] prevents painful cracking."

BACTERIA - THROAT, EAR, AND CHEST INFECTIONS - GASTROINTESTINAL INFECTIONS - STOMACH ULCERS - E. COLI (Food Poisioning)

Many types of bacteria are sensitive to allicin, especially those which infect the throat, ear, and chest.  Allicin also has been shown to kill E. Coli and Helicobacter Pylori in the gastrointestinal tract. Helicobacter Pylori is known to be the cause of the majority of stomach ulcers, and treatment requires triple antibiotic combination therapy. "Take just three capsules of allicin powder per day for three weeks, and the bacterium will never return," according to Mr. J. H. from Bexhill-on-Sea, UK.

DIGESTION - REMOVING E. COLI (Escherichia Coli) and BACTERIA RELATED POISONS

Allicin can remove various poisons which are secreted by bacteria.  It is particularly effective against Escherichia Coli (E. Coli) related poisons, which can cause stomach upsets.  Interestingly, garlic is the only antibiotic which also encourages digestion while protecting the body against poisons produced by the infection.  Furthermore, allicin is unlikely to have any detrimental effect on the good probiotic bacteria in the stomach and intestines.

HIGH CHOLESTEROL

Medical researchers in America and in Oxford, UK, recently stated that garlic supplements have an important part to play in the treatment of high cholesterol. Overall, a 12% reduction in total cholesterol can be expected.  The reduction normally will be evident after only four weeks of treatment.  Mr. S. B. took four allicin powder capsules a day for six weeks.  He saw an amazing 40% reduction in his cholesterol level.

HYPERTENSION (HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE)

High blood pressure is described as the silent killer.  It is important that blood pressure levels are kept as near to normal as is possible.  Garlic, in certain forms which can produce plenty of allicin, has been shown to significantly reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressures.

DIABETES AND HIGH BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS

It has been reported that garlic can reduce blood sugar levels.  This recently was confirmed by a study in Germany, where investigators found an 11% reduction in blood glucose levels in the garlic-treated group.  Whether garlic can increase insulin sensitivity is unclear.  However, a recent study at The Royal United Hospital Bath and The Royal South Hampshire Hospital in Southampton, UK, has shown that allicin can have a beneficial effect on harmful blood fats.

BREAST CANCER, STOMACH CANCER, COLON CANCER

Recently, researchers in Pennsylvania, USA, have shown that by injecting a compound called diallyl disulphide (formed when allicin breaks down in the stomach), tumors can be reduced by half.  Another garlic compound (S-allylcysteine) can stop cancer-causing agents from binding to human breast cells.  Allicin breaks down in the body to form diallyl disulphide.  In America, population studies have shown an inverse association between vegetable and fruit consumption and colon cancer risk.  Few of these studies have focused on women, but in Iowa a large group of 41,837 women, aged 55-69 years, were monitored for cancer incidence for five years via the State Health Registry.  The results showed that consumption of garlic was inversely associated with risk of developing colon cancer.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

It is well known that Multiple Sclerosis (MS) sufferers have very compromised immune systems. One of the key features of Alli-C™ is its ability to improve the performance of the immune system.  It achieves this by enhancing circulation and by preventing minor infections from occurring - minor infections which could put stress on the body and weaken the immune system.  Mrs. P. I. from Sheerness in Kent, UK, is convinced that allicin powder really helped her this last winter: "Although I suffer from MS, since taking allicin, this is the first time that I have not suffered from a cold all winter.  I feel that this is due to allicin powder, and [I] will be taking it on a daily basis throughout the year."

Contraindications: Allicin has an anticoagulant effect (similar to aspirin) by inhibiting platelet aggregation, and thus may increase the effect of blood-thinning drugs such as Warfarin or Coumadin taken by heart patients. Allicin alters plasma fibrinogen levels, fibrinolytic activity, and coagulation time, so its use should be discontinued shortly before, and until shortly after, any medical procedure that may involve cutting or bleeding, where rapid coagulation to stop bleeding would be desired. (Since the majority of post-operative infections are caused by the MRSA bacteria, it may be helpful to resume taking Allicin to reduce risk of post-op infections.)
Allicin has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels, so persons with Diabetes Mellitus or hypoglycemia should consult their physician before taking Allicin or garlic supplements, and then monitor blood sugar levels initially and adjust their insulin dosage accordingly.

Potential drug interactions: Anticoagulants such as clopidigrel, enoxaparin, aspirin, etc.; Hypoglycemic medications such as sulfonyureus, insulin, etc.; Cyclosporin (may induce metabolism and decrease immunosuppression); Oral contraceptives (may decrease effectiveness).
Potential herb interactions: Herbs with anticoagulant effects such as ginkgo, ginger, ginseng, etc. (may increase effect).
Side effects: Mostly dose-related and minor. Possible diarrhea, similar to the effect of antibiotic drugs which kill friendly intestinal bacteria, though Allicin is less likely to affect friendly bacteria like lactobacilli and the normal intestinal flora. Ingesting raw garlic can cause breath and body odor and flatulence; and, in some persons, may cause heartburn, minor mouth and GI irritation, or topical reactions or nausea. The stabilized pure allicin powder delivered in Alli-C capsules is virtually odorless, and less likely to cause the side effects of raw garlic. A helpful "side-effect" is that mosquitos and some biting insects are repelled when they sense allicin in the bloodstream or pores of the skin.

Allicin is not a drug, but the active chemical compound made by the common garlic plant that has been safely eaten by man for 4000 years. Alli-C contains 300 mg. of stable and odorless pure Allicin powder, equivalent to eating 30-40 bulbs of garlic!
Allicin's antiviral activity may be of interest to people concerned with...
Flu (Influenza A and B), Colds (Rhinovirus Type 2) and Herpes Simplex 1 & 2 virus.
Allicin's antifungal activity is very useful with yeast infections such as Candida, which is resistant to man-made antibiotics. Candida organisms are very susceptible to Allicin - though many people do not realize it and will suffer needlessly from a yeast infection, or pay for expensive drug treatments which may be less effective.

When an antibiotic drug is prescribed to treat an infection by bacteria and the patient does not complete the full course of taking the antibiotic (because he or she stops when the symptoms disappear), it may not kill all the remaining organisms. The survivors, which are the strongest organisms and already more resistant to the antibiotic, may develop an immunity to the antibiotic drug, rendering it useless for further treatments in that patient and others whom the resistant bacteria may infect by proximity or contact with the patient. This is not a problem with Allicin, for it deals with bacteria organisms in a different way which does not induce immunity to its antibiotic effect. On contact, Allicin quickly penetrates the bacterium's protective shield renders the RNA of a bacteria cell incapable of reproduction.

The Allicin in AlliC is a powerful antioxidant, a broad-range antimicrobial agent, a highly effective antibiotic even with antibiotic resistant bacteria such as MRSA (Staph. A), an antifungal and antiviral agent, and an anticoagulant. Allicin has been shown to relax smooth muscle and increase vasolidate blood vessels, causing a modest reduction in hypertension. Allicin has demonstrated beneficial action against hyperlipidemia with a modest ability to decrease HDL (High Density Lipids) and TG (Triglyceride) levels. Allicin has been shown to decrease blood glucose levels, enhance insulin production, and protect against insulin inactivation. Garlic and Allicin repel mosquitos and biting insects which are often carriers of blood-borne diseases such as West Nile virus and malaria.
