If you entered a working email address (please avoid hotmail and Yahoo addresses, or any with overly aggressive filtering), when your product is shipped you will receive an email from UPS stating your expected delivery date and Tracking Number. But here is a simple way to calculate the estimated arrival date. Start with a maximum of 2 days for order processing, then add 2 days for UPS delivery to Nevada, 3 days for the closest states, or up to 5 days for the farthest states such as Florida or the New England states. If the total is more than 5 days, or if any of those days would be on a weekend, or if you ordered on a weekend, add 2 extra calendar days for those "non-business" days.

For example, an order placed early on Monday should ship on Monday or Tuesday evening and be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday to locations within Nevada. From the actual shipping date, add extra days for shipment to more distant states. (e.g. add 2 business days if within Nevada, but add up to 5 business days to ship to Florida or New England.)

(2) Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and most countries world-wide are by U.S. Parcel Post. Postage fees will depend on shipping weight and destination (see below) and delivery times will depend on the U.S. Post Office, Customs inspections in your country, and your local post office. Delivery to Australia takes about two weeks by regular Parcel Post, while delivery to your door in Canada takes about 10 days (because of Customs delays).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

One plastic bottle of One Day Diet contains 140 diet wafers, each about the size of three stacked US 25-cent coins. (You might say the Diet wafers look like a big "pill" for a horse! Perhaps "tablet" would be a better description than "wafer".)
You CHEW the wafers, or they could be crushed and swallowed, or mixed with water (or a small amount of low-fat milk). They have an initial "crunchy" texture that changes to a "chewy" texture in your mouth.
When 2 are chewed and eaten per hour for 10 hours on each "Diet Day", these Diet wafers provide just enough carbohydrates to maintain your blood glucose level and keep you from feeling hungry.
